Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ANOXY platform, API, and related services (the "Service") operated by ESKOM AI Sp. z o.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ANOXY provides a privacy-first text anonymization platform that detects and replaces personally identifiable information (PII) with consistent, reversible tokens. The Service includes anonymization, pseudonymization, deanonymization, PII detection, document processing, and related functionality accessible via REST API, web dashboard, and browser extension.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process data you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Distribute your API keys or share account access with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service

API usage is subject to the quotas and rate limits of your subscription plan:

• Community (Free): 100 documents per month, 10 API requests per minute
• Starter (€29/month): 500 documents per month, 50 API requests per minute
• Professional (€79/month): 5,000 documents per month, 200 API requests per minute
• Enterprise: Custom limits per agreement

Exceeding your quota will result in API requests being rejected until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

Professional and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and do not include applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, documentation, and design, is the intellectual property of ESKOM AI Sp. z o.o. You retain all rights to the data you submit for processing. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Text submitted for anonymization is processed in-memory and stored temporarily in encrypted sessions with a configurable time-to-live (default: 1 hour). After the session expires, all original text data and entity mappings are permanently deleted.

AI model training: We do not use the content you process in Anoxy (texts, documents and their results) to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models, on any plan.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. SLA terms are available for Professional and Enterprise plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESKOM AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally.

The above limitations of liability do not apply to consumers or to natural persons concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity where the content of the agreement shows that it is not of a professional nature for them, to the extent that mandatory provisions of law, in particular the provisions on the conformity of digital content or digital services with the contract (Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014), grant them broader protection.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The above disclaimer of warranties does not apply to consumers or to natural persons concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity where the content of the agreement shows that it is not of a professional nature for them, to the extent that mandatory provisions of law, in particular the provisions on the conformity of digital content or digital services with the contract (Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014), grant them broader protection.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Complaints. Complaints regarding the Service may be submitted electronically to anoxy@eskom.ai. A complaint should include information identifying the account (e.g. the email address associated with the account), a description of the issue and, where possible, the date and circumstances in which it occurred. We process complaints within 14 days of receipt. We send the response to the complaint to the e-mail address assigned to the account.

Technical requirements. To use the Service you need:

• A device with internet access
• An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari, in one of the two latest major versions) with JavaScript and cookies enabled
• An ESKOM AI SSO account

We notify you of changes at least 30 days before they take effect. A User who does not accept the changes may terminate the agreement before they take effect. Until the User accepts the new version, the User remains bound by the previous version and, during that time, may use data export and account deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
